The family have visited Rush HQ in Rowville twice now and every time it's been excellent. The venue is clean, the staff are always helpful and the kids have a great time. Over the weekend we held my son's 10th birthday there, again wonderful service, great value, and more than enough food for both kids and parents. Special mention to Summer our fantastic party host! No request was a bother, she kept the kids in line and our party room well running. Keep up the great work to all the team at Rush. Thanks again

The staff here were great with the kids. The guy in the foam pit had a foam fight with the kids and they loved it.The girl supervising the ropes course was so patient with my son's friend who was scared and got stuck on the course a couple of times. She didn't rush her at all. She was encouraging. Someone's dad was also encouraging her so that was nice.

this place is so amazing, I can't fault it at all, my kids had an absolute blast these holidays and there wanting to come in every day as they can't get enough of it! have had previous parties before which are also so amazing and staff are so so lovely. its also a relaxing environment even with the kids you don't have to worry about them, at all!! as they are just well looked after by the staff. it honestly feels like there being baby sat while I enjoy my nice coffee and are able to get work Done. in regards to the cafe the food and tidiness it is almost as perfect as my chai lattes I get from there every time. staff are always on the ball, making sure every table and seat is cleaned after its been used. ill definitely be back within the next week!!!! 🙂

Absolutely loved this place!!! Soooooo much fun for active kids, the staff were young, but wow didn’t that just make it more fun for the kids!!! They were very polite and professional with their rules and when able to, would spend a couple of minutes playing with the kids too!! The staff were really on the ball ensuring safety and fun was enjoyed by all… I was very very impressed!! 5 stars 🌟 well done rush HQ

Amazing place - staff are absolutely lovely, helpful and great with kids. The place is so big, so much stuff to do and a lot of effort has gone into it. Foam pits, rock climbing, 2 obstacle courses, a ninja course, multiple bounce trampoline areas and more. Cannot recommend it more!!

Great value for money - my teens had a ballUnfortunately if you have a short kid it can be a bit limited in what they can do, my 5.5 year old is only 100cm tall so could only be in the toddler/junior area and one of the trampolinesThis is not a fault of the centre as I understand it’s a safety thing!But just a warning to others if your kids are under 110cms but not a toddlerWill definitely return once she has a growth spurt!

Great place to take the kids! My cousins had a ball. Wide range of activities to choose from, catering to everyone’s interests. The facility is well-maintained and staff are absolutely fantastic! We will definitely be back in the new year.

I recently took my 12 year old twins to rush hq for their birthday party with 6 other kids and 3 toddlers. We had an amazing time, the older kids went off to do the activities and we could sit with the littlies in the baby section. We ordered coffees and the lovely boy from the cafe came and found us to give us our drinks in the playground. Super lovely staff and kids had an absolute ball. Will definitely be back

We recently visited Rush for our school's fundraiser and cannot recommend highly enough. While my older kids had an absolute ball, I have to commend the staff for taking the time to help my youngest through all the activities. He is usually so reserved and shy but the staff were patient, extremely helpful and reassuring which gave him the confidence to tackle everything in the center. Thank you for making it such a memorable and fun event. We will be back!

Our son was at a birthday party at rush. He has a slight disability and was having trouble with the rope section. A staff member helped our son get off the rope section and back to us. At this point my son was crying an upset because he couldnt join in with the kids and takr part. it turns out the staff member was the owner and the kind words you gave to my child about doing so well and trying so hard made his day. The fact you gave us 2 free tickets so mum and dad could join in when the kids were doing stuff he couldn't do blew us away. I would like to say thank you. It means so much to us that you took the time and care to look after our child. We will definitely recommend you to all of our friends and family well done rush hq.

We had my son's 8th Birthday party at Rush yesterday afternoon and he and his mates had an awesome time. The booking process was super easy over the phone (I hate online bookings lol) and I was very happy. Unfortunately my son had that morning injured his ankle at footy and was unable to do the ropes course but our party host Molly made sure that all other activities were ones my son could be part of even with him hopping around one one foot all afternoon lol! We had the $31 a head package and found there to be heaps of food. My 4 year old daughter whilst not part of the party had an excellent time too on a junior pass and especially loved the foam pit and inflatable jumping castles. When my son's ankle heals (hopefully this school holidays) he and some of his friends will come back for another go and I know my son is dying to get on that ropes course! Thank you for a great party!

I had a small get together for my son's birthday at Rush HQ and i have to say our experience there was amazing. The Manager - James was so accommodating. He was so professional and well mannered. I didn't have a booking and just walked in with 7 Boys and there were no issues at all. Even though a couple if the kids were late there was no issues with getting them sorted and straight out to play. Thank you all for your amazing hospitality and making our day great. Kids had a wonderful time which is the main thing!Only thing is that the canteen there had only fried food � not healthy and poor nutrition... not even one option of sandwich... and it has a notice not to consume food from outside... well... too much to ask sorry.It too 40 minutes to a small pizza to be ready .

We attended a party at Rush Hq Rowville yesterday and all had a wonderful time. Our two young boys had a fun time as did us adults. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Wherever we turned there was a staff member keeping an eye on the kids which was fantastic. The food was delicious and there was lots of it. My kids definitely want to have birthday parties at Rush. We went yesterday being school holidays with a group of 8 kids ranging between 3 and 10. There was plenty of friendly supervision on the floor at each jumping area which was lacking drastically in the past. I also liked that they had limited seating for elderly and parents to take a load off. There's been a few positive changes from our last visit on the previous school holidays. I would definitely recommend Rush HQ now.

What a fantastic venue! Booked my son's 7th birthday there - our party host was great with the kids, it was well organised, the kids got to try all of the activities and upon booking we were given a bonus hour jump time (which turned into 2 hours!) as well as a three month free entry pass for the birthday boy.Would definitely recommend this place for kids of all ages.

I was at Jump Factory today with four little ones and I just wanted to say how impressed I was with your facility. The facility was clean and extremely well organised. There were also plenty of friendly staff on hand to supervise the kids and ensure everyone was playing fairly. The thing that impressed me most was that we had a very petite four year old girl with us and she was treated exactly the same as every other kid and was not disadvantaged at all. What a wonderful day we had!

Have the kids outgrown play centres, but still have energy to burn? Head to Rush HQ on Wellington Road Rowville these school holidays for tonnes of indoor climbing, balancing and jumping fun.

Perfect for school aged children, all the way up to teenagers and adults, there are ropes courses, rock climbing walls, obstacles courses and different trampoline challenges to suit all skill levels. The majority of activities require the participants to be 110cm, for reference our average sized 4 year old made the cut by millimetres. There is an inflatable zone for younger players if you are bringing the whole gang.

Rush HQ specialise in birthday parties and on the weekends it can get busy, but there are many hosts to keep the play safe and fun for everyone. There is a fully stocked cafe upstairs, where you can observe the whole space and take some time out from the mayhem.

Wondering what to do on a cold windy Melbourne day?? Take the kids to Rush HQ - an indoor adventure park that also has rock climbing, trampolines, ninja warrior course and also high ropes.

Under $30 per child for 2 hrs of fun! The staff are friendly, helpful and encouraging!

After Rush the boys were keen to go find the block homes from this season. So C jumped on google maps and gave us the directions to Charming St! While we were there C spotted Leah walking into her front yard and she stopped and had a lovely chat.
